How to Use the Self-Service Drop-Off Service

Step 1: Fill Out the Drop-Off Form

  • Complete all required fields on the drop-off form. Make sure to include any special instructions if you want them done in specific way
  • Once complete, place the form inside the same bag as your items.

Step 2: Deposit Your Bag

  • Place your sealed bag with the form inside the designated drop-off box located at the shop.

Step 3: Wait for Your Invoice

  • After your items are inspected, you’ll receive an online invoice via email or text.
  • Please double-check item details and charges listed on the invoice.

Step 4: Make Payment Promptly

  • Your items will not be processed until payment is received.
  • To avoid delays, we strongly encourage immediate payment upon receiving the invoice.

Step 5: Locker Pickup Notification

  • Once your items are ready, we will send you the locker number where your items are stored and aunique access code
  • You’ll have 5 calendar days to collect your items from the locker.
  • Important: If you do not collect your items within 5 days, a storage fee may apply.
  • Items not picked up from the locker will be moved to the counter and will be available during regular business hours only.

Step 6: Collect Your Items from the Locker

  • At the locker:
    1. Press the Start button.

    2. Enter your access code.

    3. Press the lock icon (located in the lower-right corner of the keypad) to open.

Step 7: Verify Your Order

  • Before leaving the premises:
  • Check that the number of items is correct.
  • Inspect the quality of the cleaning or alteration work.
  • Leaving the premises confirms that you have received your order in full and are satisfied.

If There’s an Issue

  • Do not take the items home.
  • Instead:
  • Return them to the same locker immediately.
  • Contact us via phone or email so we can resolve the issue promptly.
