Alternatively, you may now book with our Automated SMS booking system: Just SMS 0429634040 from your registered number and our automated booking system will respond with the booking details in less than a minute!
Both pickup and delivery weekdays need to be specified.
Example 1: Pick up Monday and deliver Wednesday
Example 2: Pickup Thursday and drop off Saturday
3. Pick Up
Place your laundry bags outside your door if you are not home and a Koala DC driver will pick up your items within the specified timeframe
4. Online Payment
You will receive a link by SMS to pay your invoice online. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, eftpos, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed through our secured payment gateway Square. (Pay your invoice promptly to ensure your delivery is on time)
5. Delivery
Your items will be delivered back to you within the specified delivery timeframe.
